What files will I receive?
You will get your logo in all formats: vector (AI, EPS, SVG), high-res images (PNG, JPG), and PDFs. We also provide variations for different backgrounds and use cases.
Can you design my business cards and stationery too?
Absolutely - that is what we do! As a print company, we can design and produce all your stationery in-house, ensuring perfect colour matching.
What are brand guidelines?
Brand guidelines document how to use your logo, colours, fonts, and imagery consistently. They ensure your brand looks professional whether you are creating a social post or a billboard.
What does the design process look like?
We start with a brief to understand your goals, then move through research, wireframes or concepts, design, revisions, and final delivery. You have input at every stage.
What is the typical turnaround time?
Most projects take 2-4 weeks depending on scope. Simpler work like landing pages can be faster; larger builds take longer. We confirm timelines before starting.
How many revisions are included?
All projects include two rounds of revisions as standard. Additional rounds can be arranged if needed.
What file formats do you deliver?
We deliver source files in their native format (e.g. Figma, PSD, AI) plus production-ready exports such as PDF, PNG, SVG, or deployed code depending on the project.
