How much do letterheads and business cards cost?
Letterheads start at £49 for 500 on 100gsm bond. Business cards are £30 for 250 on 450gsm, double-sided, with gloss lamination at £32 or matt at £34. Compliment slips, DL envelopes and NCR pads are quoted from the same file. All prices include VAT, and standard delivery is free across Central Scotland on orders over £50.
Can you include our professional body logo?
Yes. ACCA, ICAS, ICAEW, AAT and CIMA each publish rules on size, clear space and which version of the logo a member firm may use. We set it to those rules once, on the card and the letterhead, and lock it in the template so every partner’s card and every reorder is the same.
How do you handle cards for several people at once?
Send a spreadsheet with name, title, qualifications, email and mobile for each person. We set every card from the practice template, send one proof with all the names on it, and print them as one order. Each person is 250 cards for £30, and a single new starter later is the same price.
How quickly can you print a year-end or self-assessment mailer?
Flyers and A5 mailers are printed in-house in 2 to 3 working days, and same week when ordered by Wednesday 1pm. Most practices order the January self-assessment reminder in the first week of December, before we close for Christmas on 23 December, and the April year-end mailer in the third week of March. What paper should the letterhead be on?
100gsm bond is the standard: substantial in the hand and light enough to feed through an office laser printer for the letter itself. If you want a heavier or textured stock for engagement letters, send us a sample and we quote it, and we check it feeds through your printer before the full run.
Do you print client folders for tax returns and accounts?
Yes. A4 presentation folders with a pocket for the return, the accounts and the engagement letter, printed with the practice branding. There is no fixed price because the stock, the pocket style and the quantity decide it, so tell us how many and how thick the documents are and we quote within the working day.
