Turnaround when the appeal has to go out

Charities are asked to do more every year with less in the bank, and the print still has to look the part, because a tired leaflet or a wonky banner undercuts the trust you have spent years building. We have printed for everything from a community group running its first fundraiser in a church hall to national names putting out annual impact reports. Make it look professional, make the budget stretch, get it here on time. That is the whole job.

02

What we print for charities and non-profits

Everything below is printed in-house at our Glasgow studio and shipped across the UK. Mix and match across a campaign and we keep colour and stock consistent so it all looks like it belongs together. See our banners and signage, posters and prints and flyers and leaflets pages, or just send the brief.

01

Fundraising leaflets and appeal letters

A4, A5 and DL leaflets, donation forms and appeal mailers. Print 250 for a local push or 25,000 for a national mailout.

02

Event and exhibition banners

Roller banners, PVC and PVC-free outdoor banners, mesh and pop-up stands for galas, sponsored walks, conferences and awareness days.

03

Campaign posters

A3 up to A0 awareness posters for community noticeboards, venues, shop windows and street campaigns.

04

Annual reports and impact publications

Stitched or perfect-bound reports, impact summaries and supporter magazines, printed on recycled stock if you want it.

05

Event programmes and order of service

Gala programmes, auction catalogues, conference handbooks and order-of-service booklets.

06

Charity shop and venue signage

Window vinyls, foamex boards, price cards and donation-point signage for shops, hubs and pop-ups.

03

Honest pricing for charity budgets

Charities get sold a lot of nonsense on price. There is no secret charity rate card in the print trade, and any printer waving a big charity discount has usually padded the starting price first. What actually saves a charity money is the right spec, the right quantity and no wasted reprints. That is where we put the effort, and if there is a cheaper way to get you the same result we will tell you.

01

We spec to the budget

Tell us the number you have to work to and we will build the job around it: stock weight, finish, quantity and format. Often a small change to size or paper drops the cost a lot without anyone noticing on the day.

02

Real charity consideration

Registered charities and funded community projects get genuine consideration on price, especially on repeat campaign work. We would rather keep a good cause coming back than win once and overcharge.

03

No fees that catch you out

No setup fees, no artwork-handling charges and no minimum order traps. The quote we send is the price you pay, and we flag anything that could push it before we print, not after.

Send the brief and a rough budget and you get a fixed, itemised quote back within the working day.

Recycled stock and PVC-free printing

If your cause is the environment, your print should not work against it. Plenty of charity print still goes out on virgin board and standard PVC banners that cannot be recycled, which is an awkward look for an organisation asking the public to care about waste. We can do better, and for most jobs it costs little or nothing extra.

01

Recycled and FSC stock

Recycled and FSC-certified papers and boards across leaflets, reports and posters, so your print carries a story you are happy to stand behind.

02

PVC-free banners

PVC-free banner material for outdoor and event signage, a cleaner alternative to standard PVC that still stands up to Scottish weather.

03

Low-impact inks

Vegetable-based and low-migration inks where the job allows, instead of solvent-heavy options.

04

Right-sized runs

Right-sized runs so you are not pulping a thousand unused leaflets in three months. We will talk you out of over-ordering.

05

Printed and shipped from Glasgow

Print finished in Glasgow and shipped direct, which keeps the transport footprint down compared with print bounced around multiple depots.

Ask for the eco options when you brief us and we quote recycled or PVC-free as standard. If a fully recyclable spec matters for your reporting, say so up front.

06

Who we help

If you are a not-for-profit working to a budget, you are the kind of customer we are set up for. A spread of who comes through the studio.

01

Registered charities

From local Glasgow charities to UK-wide names, with 30-day invoicing and pricing that respects where the money comes from.

02

Foundations and trusts

Grant-making and grant-funded organisations needing reports, board packs and campaign materials that look the part for funders.

03

Community groups

Residents associations, food banks, friends-of groups and first-time fundraisers. No order is too small to take seriously.

04

Social enterprises

Trading-for-good businesses that need commercial-grade print without a commercial-agency price tag.

05

Churches and faith groups

Orders of service, event programmes, outreach leaflets and noticeboard posters, printed fast for fixed dates.

06

Environmental and conservation causes

Recycled and PVC-free materials for organisations whose print has to match their mission.

Case study: Highlands and Islands Environment Foundation

A short run, done properly, for an environmental foundation working across the north of Scotland.

Featured project · Environmental charity

The Highlands and Islands Environment Foundation came to us to print their five year review, a run of 100 A4 saddle-stitched booklets covering 2020 to 2025. We worked closely with their designer, Louis, and printed physical samples so he could see and feel the finished booklet before the full run.

That gave him the chance to make a few design changes and catch a couple of mistakes before anything went to press, which is exactly what a proof you can hold will show you and a screen will not. The right format, close work with the designer, and a proof before we committed to print. That is how we like to work with charities and foundations.

Charity and non-profit printing, common questions

Quick answers for charities, foundations and community groups.

Do you offer discounts for charities and non-profits?

Registered charities and funded community projects get genuine consideration on price, particularly on repeat campaign work. We will be honest with you though: the biggest saving usually comes from getting the spec and quantity right rather than a headline discount on an inflated price. Send us your budget and we will build the job to fit it.

Can you print on recycled or eco-friendly stock?

Yes. We carry recycled and FSC-certified papers and boards for leaflets, reports and posters, plus PVC-free banner material for outdoor and event signage. Ask for the eco options when you brief us and we will quote them as standard, which for most jobs costs little or nothing extra.

How quickly can you turn around a charity appeal or campaign?

Fast when it matters. For straightforward jobs like appeal leaflets or campaign posters, files approved before 11am on a working day can be printed the same day, with same-day collection or courier across Glasgow and next-day delivery to most of the UK. Larger runs, banners and bound reports usually need 24 to 72 hours. Tell us your deadline up front and we will tell you honestly whether it is doable.

Can you print exhibition banners and stands for charity events?

Yes. We print roller banners, pop-up stands, PVC and PVC-free outdoor banners and mesh for galas, conferences, sponsored events and awareness days. For environmental causes we would steer you toward the PVC-free material so the stand reflects the cause. Send us the dimensions and the event date and we will quote the lot.

Do you offer accounts and invoicing for non-profits?

We do. Registered charities, foundations and funded projects can pay by invoice with 30-day terms after the first job, which suits how most third-sector finance works. We can itemise quotes and invoices to match grant or project codes if your funder needs the paperwork to line up. Just ask and we will send a one-page account form.

Do you only work with Glasgow charities, or UK-wide?

Both. We are a Glasgow studio and we love working with local causes, but we print and ship for charities and non-profits across the whole of the UK. Production happens in Glasgow and delivery goes wherever you need it, so being based outside the city is not a problem.

We are a small community group with a tiny order. Is that a problem?

Not at all. We print runs from 50 upwards and we take a first fundraiser as seriously as a national campaign. Small orders are welcome, and we would rather help you start well than turn you away for being small.

Got a campaign, appeal or event coming up? Send the brief and a rough budget and we will reply with a fixed, itemised quote within the working day. No pressure, no inflated charity markup. Get in touch.

Have a project?

We'd love to hear about it. Whether it's a canvas print, a rebrand, or a full-stack build, let's talk.
