What is the difference between saddle-stitch and perfect binding?
Saddle-stitch uses staples through the spine and works for booklets up to about 48 pages. Perfect binding uses glue to attach pages to a flat spine, suitable for thicker publications (typically 32+ pages).
How many pages can I have?
Saddle-stitched booklets work best with 8-48 pages. Perfect-bound can go from 32 to hundreds of pages. Page count must be in multiples of 4.
Can I have different paper for the cover?
Yes, we recommend a heavier cover stock (e.g., 300gsm) with lamination for a professional finish. This is called "plus cover" in printing terms.
Do you offer design services for brochures?
