A3 sale posters from £3.99 and January menus from £45, printed in Glasgow the same week. We are open Tuesday 5 January 2027 at 9am, and December bookings go first.
The festive menu comes down on 3 January and the sale needs a sign by the 4th. We print posters, menus and flyers on our own kit, so the first week of January is a normal week for us, not a backlog. Book it before we close on 23 December and it is queued for the morning we reopen. This is the January end of our Christmas printing in Glasgow range.

How December pre-booking works
Three dates. Book before the first, send artwork before the second, collect from the third. Phone 0141 345 5841 for same-day or next-day and we confirm the timeline and the price on the call.

Any January booking made before 19 December gets the design file from your November or December menus, cards or vouchers supplied free.
Artwork by Wednesday 23 December, 12 noon
Our last day before the break. Hogmanay posters are collected by then; January jobs are proofed and queued.
Reopen Tuesday 5 January 2027, 9am
Pre-booked posters and menus go on the press that morning. Emails answered from Tuesday 29 December.

2027 wall planners
A1 year planner £30, £20 each from ten. A3 planner £12, £8 each from ten. Printed in-house on the Epson, so order by Friday 18 December, 1pm for post or Wednesday 23 December, 12 noon to collect.
New year print and digital prices
Fixed prices inclusive of VAT. In-house items are same week in the first week of January. Outsourced items take 4 to 5 working days and, for delivery before Christmas, must be ordered by Friday 11 December at 12 noon. Free delivery across Central Scotland on orders over £50.

Hogmanay event posters
Hogmanay is the one night a bar, hotel or club in Glasgow needs a poster more than a website, and it lands inside the week we are closed. So the posters are printed before it. A3 event posters at £3.99, or £2.50 each from ten, and A1 at £40, come off our own press the same week, with flyers at £25 for 200 for the tables and the door.
Order in the week of 14 December and collect well before Christmas. The last collection is Wednesday 23 December at 12 noon, subject to press time, so phone first. Anything posted needs to be approved by Friday 18 December at 1pm to go out with Royal Mail Tracked 24 on Monday 21 December.

New year printing, common questions
What Glasgow businesses ask us in December about January.
Are you open in the first week of January?
Yes. The studio is closed from Thursday 24 December to Monday 4 January inclusive, with emails answered from Tuesday 29 December, and we reopen on Tuesday 5 January 2027 at 9am. The press runs that morning, so anything pre-booked in December is first through.
How fast can I get January sale posters?
Posters are printed in-house, A3 on the digital press and A2 to A0 on the wide-format printer, so standard turnaround in the first week of January is 2 to 3 working days and same week is the norm. Phone 0141 345 5841 for same-day or next-day and we confirm the timeline and the price on the call.
Can I book January printing in December?
Yes, and it is the sensible way to do it. Send the artwork or brief before we close on 23 December, tell us the date you need it, and it is queued for the morning of 5 January. Book before 19 December and, if you ordered menus, cards or vouchers from us in November or December, we supply the design file for that work free so the January job starts from the finished artwork.
What is the free design file offer?
Any customer who orders menus, cards or vouchers in November or December gets the design file for that work supplied free when they book January work before 19 December. January work means a menu reprint, sale signage, a booking site or a website refresh. It saves you paying for the artwork twice and lets us start the January job on day one.
How does the website refresh deposit work?
A New Year website refresh starts from £3,000. Pay a 20% deposit in December and a January slot is yours, with the work delivered across January and February 2027. Without a deposit, January slots go in order of booking, and they tend to fill.
Do you print Hogmanay event posters?
Yes. Hogmanay posters, party flyers and drinks lists are printed in-house the same week, so a poster booked in the week of 14 December is collected well before Christmas. The last collection date is Wednesday 23 December at 12 noon, subject to press time, so phone first.
Do you do Valentine’s and Mother’s Day menus next?
Yes. The same A4 menu price applies, £45 for 25 on 250gsm silk, and a reprint of a file we already hold is the quickest job in the studio. If you order the January menu with us, tell us the Valentine’s date at the same time and we hold the slot.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm, Sunday closed, at both the Glasgow studio on Washington Street and the Hamilton studio on Cadzow Street. Glasgow is walk-in; Hamilton is by appointment, so phone 0141 345 5841 before you come to Cadzow Street. Closed 24 December to 4 January, reopening Tuesday 5 January at 9am.
