December books January
January is quiet for most small businesses because nobody sells it in advance. So we do. Any customer who orders menus, cards or vouchers from us in November or December gets their design file supplied free when they book January work before Saturday 19 December: a January menu reprint, sale signage, a booking website or a website refresh.
January 2027 slots are booked in December. A 20% deposit in December secures a January redesign slot, booking websites go live within a fortnight of a January start, and a brand refresh from £1,500 starts the same month. The studio is closed from Thursday 24 December, emails are answered from Tuesday 29 December, and we reopen on Tuesday 5 January 2027 at 9am.

If you want a new landing page for the festive offer as well, it is £299. Delivered in 5 working days.
Can you set our Google Business Profile Christmas hours?
Yes. The £99 Google Business Profile festive refresh sets your Christmas and New Year special hours, publishes 4 posts and an offer post, adds festive photos, seeds the Q and A with the questions customers ask in December, and includes a printed review card for the counter. Delivered in 3 working days.
How do digital gift vouchers work?
We add a voucher page to your website with Stripe checkout. The customer pays, receives a PDF voucher by email within minutes, and you get a redemption list to tick off at the till. Set-up is £249 and takes 7 working days. Printed, numbered gift vouchers are also available from £35 for 50 on our gift vouchers page.
When do we need to book to have it live before Christmas?
The studio is closed from Thursday 24 December and reopens on Tuesday 5 January 2027. Digital packages take 3 to 7 working days, so book the 7-day packages by Monday 14 December and the 3-day packages by Friday 18 December to have them live before we close. For printed menus, cards and vouchers the last posted order is Friday 18 December at 1pm and collection orders run to Wednesday 23 December at 12 noon, phone first. What is the January offer?
Any customer who orders menus, cards or vouchers in November or December gets their design file supplied free when they book January work before 19 December. That covers a January menu reprint, sale signage, a booking website or a website refresh. January 2027 booking-site and redesign slots are booked in December, and a 20% deposit in December secures a redesign slot.
