A4 wiro wall calendar
Thirteen sheets, a cover plus a page per month, wire-bound at the top and drilled for a hook. Your logo and contact details on every month. The corporate calendar that stays on a client wall until next December.
A5 desk tent calendar
A small wire-bound tent that stands on a desk, one month per flip. Lighter to post, cheaper per unit and easier to hand out at a December meeting.
Photo calendars
Twelve of your own photos, one per month, laid out by us for £99 and printed as a wiro wall or desk calendar. Family calendars, team calendars, a year of the dog.

The short version
Where the calendars are made
We would rather tell you straight. Year planners are printed in-house in Glasgow on the same Epson that prints our A1 and A0 posters, so a single A1 planner is a normal job and we can turn it in a couple of days. Wire binding and drilling are not something we run in the studio, so wiro wall calendars and desk tents go to our trade partner. We proof the artwork here, check every month for the right days and bank holidays, and the finished calendars come back to Washington Street for collection or delivery.
The practical difference is the date. Planners can be ordered right up to 18 December. Wiro and desk calendars want to be ordered by 4 December so there is slack, and 11 December is the last day we will take them. Every seasonal cut-off is on the Christmas printing hub.

What is the last order date for 2027 calendars?
Wiro wall and desk calendars are an outsourced finish, so order by Friday 4 December for comfort and by Friday 11 December at 12 noon at the very latest. Year planners are printed in-house, so they run to Friday 18 December at 1pm for post and Wednesday 23 December at 12 noon for collection.
Are calendars printed in-house or outsourced?
Both, honestly. The A1 and A3 year planners are printed here in Glasgow on our wide-format Epson, which is why single copies and late orders are fine. Wiro-bound wall calendars and desk tents need wire binding and drilling we do not run in the studio, so they go to our trade partner and come back to Glasgow for collection or delivery. That is the reason for the earlier cut-off.
Can you put our logo on every page?
Yes. The usual layout is your logo, phone number and website on every month plus a full-colour cover. Send a vector logo if you have one and we set it up. If you want a different photo each month, send twelve images at 300 dpi and we lay them out for £99.
Can you make a calendar from our own photos?
Yes. Send twelve to thirteen photos, tell us the order, and we design a wall or desk calendar for £99 with two rounds of changes. Phone photos are usually fine at A5 desk size; for A4 wall pages a 300 dpi image around 3500 pixels wide prints best.
What is the minimum order?
Ten for A4 wiro wall calendars, 25 for A5 desk tents. Year planners have no minimum, a single A1 or A3 is fine because they print in-house. If you only need one or two wall calendars as a gift, ask us: we can sometimes add them to another run.
How long does calendar printing take?
Wiro and desk calendars take 4 to 5 working days minimum from proof approval because of the outsourced binding. Year planners take 2 to 3 working days in-house. Phone 0141 345 5841 for same-day or next-day on planners and we confirm the timeline and the price on the call. Next-day is not possible on wiro or desk calendars.
Can I collect, or do you deliver?
Both. Collect from Unit 204b, 36-38 Washington Street, Glasgow G3 8AZ, walk in, or from 104 Cadzow Street, Hamilton ML3 6HP by appointment. Delivery is free across Central Scotland on orders over £50, and a same-day bike courier anywhere in Glasgow is £15.
