How much does patient leaflet printing cost?
Flyers and leaflets start at £25 for 200, and 500 A5 leaflets on 170gsm silk are £39, printed in-house in 2 to 3 working days. A folded A4 practice leaflet on 250gsm silk is £45 for 25, £75 for 50, £120 for 100 and £199 for 250. All prices include VAT, and standard delivery is free across Central Scotland on orders over £50.
Can you print appointment and recall cards?
Yes. Appointment cards are printed as business cards: 250 double-sided cards on 450gsm for £30, 85 x 55 mm, so they fit the card holder on the reception desk and a patient’s wallet. Most practices put the phone number and the cancellation line on the front and a date and time grid on the back. Cards are delivered in 5 working days, or 4 with Express.
How quickly can you print a flu clinic or campaign poster?
A3 posters are £3.99 each, or £2.50 each from ten, and A2 posters £30, printed in-house in 2 to 3 working days and guaranteed the same week when ordered by Wednesday 1pm. Phone 0141 345 5841 for same-day or next-day and we confirm the timeline and the price on the call.
Do you produce large print and Easy Read versions?
Yes. Our designers set a large print version at A4 and an Easy Read version with one idea per line and a supporting image, from the same wording as the standard leaflet. They are quoted alongside the standard run, and the print price for each is the same per copy as the standard leaflet at that size.
Can you print referral pads and clinical forms?
Yes. NCR duplicate and triplicate pads for referrals, test request forms, receipts and consent forms are printed with the practice details on every sheet and numbered in sequence if you need it, in 2 to 3 working days. Send the current form and we set it up.
Can you design the leaflet from our brand guidelines?
Yes. Send the wording as a text document, your logo and the brand guidelines or a link to the website, and our designers lay out the leaflet with a proof before printing. If you have print-ready PDFs, send them at the finished size with 3mm bleed and we check them before they go on the press.
Can you deliver to more than one practice site?
Yes. Each site gets its own box with its own details on the cards and leaflets, and standard delivery is free across Central Scotland on orders over £50. A same-day bike courier anywhere in Glasgow is £15, or collect from Washington Street in Glasgow, walk in, or from Cadzow Street in Hamilton by appointment.
