How much does hotel menu printing cost?
An A4 menu printed double-sided on 250gsm silk, flat or folded to A5, is £45 for 25, £75 for 50, £120 for 100 and £199 for 250. A5 flat menus are £35 for 25 and DL room-service, breakfast or bar cards are £30 for 25, £45 for 50, £70 for 100 and £120 for 250. Matt or gloss lamination adds £15 on 25. Bedside cards and table talkers on 350gsm are £35 for 25. All prices include VAT.
What do you print for the bedrooms?
DL room-service menus and breakfast order cards from £30 for 25, and bedside or desk cards on 350gsm from £35 for 25, creased to stand. Most hotels use the standing card for the wifi code, breakfast and checkout times and one offer, and change it seasonally. Send the room count and we print exactly that many plus spares, so nothing sits in a cupboard going out of date.
Can you print signage for a wedding or conference at the hotel?
Yes. Welcome boards, seating plans and running orders print in-house: A2 £30, A1 £40, A0 £50, with £5 off each from two, in 2 to 3 working days and same week when ordered by Wednesday 1pm. Roller banners at £69 and foamex boards are an outsourced finish and need 4 to 5 working days, so send the running order early enough to cover the longer item. When do we need to order Christmas, Hogmanay and Burns supper menus?
Christmas party menus, festive drinks lists and Hogmanay menus are printed in-house: posted orders by Friday 18 December, 1pm, collection orders by Wednesday 23 December, 12 noon, subject to press time, so phone first. The studio is closed from Thursday 24 December to Monday 4 January and reopens Tuesday 5 January 2027 at 9am. Burns Night is Monday 25 January 2027; order supper menus and programmes before Christmas to be first on the press in January, or by Wednesday 13 January, 1pm for a clear week before the night.
Can you supply more than one property?
Yes. We keep the file for each property on record with its own address, phone number and outlet names, so a reorder is an email saying which property and how many. Standard delivery is free across Central Scotland on orders over £50, and each property can receive its own box.
How do we get the print to the hotel?
Standard delivery is free across Central Scotland on orders over £50. A same-day bike courier anywhere in Glasgow is £15, which is the usual route for a menu that has to be on the tables tonight. Or collect from Washington Street in Glasgow, walk in Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm and Sat 10am to 6pm, or from Cadzow Street in Hamilton by appointment.
