How much does cafe menu printing cost?
An A5 flat menu printed double-sided on 250gsm silk is £35 for 25, £55 for 50, £85 for 100 and £149 for 250. A4 menus, flat or folded to A5, are £45 for 25. Table talkers and counter cards on 350gsm are £35 for 25. Lamination adds £15 on 25. All prices include VAT.
What should a cafe order for Christmas, and when?
A festive menu insert or counter card, numbered gift vouchers and gift tags for hampers are all printed in-house: posted orders by Friday 18 December, 1pm, collection orders by Wednesday 23 December, 12 noon, subject to press time, so phone first. The Christmas opening hours decal (£35), the snowflake and festive decal set (£45), printed window vinyl and cut stickers are outsourced and need to be ordered by Friday 11 December, 12 noon. The studio is closed from Thursday 24 December to Monday 4 January and reopens Tuesday 5 January 2027.
Can you print stickers for cups and boxes?
Round or square cut stickers at 50mm are £25 per 100 or £45 per 250. Custom-size product labels start at £35 per 100. Stickers and labels are an outsourced finish, so allow 4 to 5 working days. Gift tags on 350gsm with a hole are printed in-house at £20 per 50 or £35 per 100.
Do you print gift vouchers for cafes?
Numbered DL gift vouchers on 350gsm silk, double-sided, are £35 for 50, £55 for 100 and £95 for 250. DL envelopes add £10 on 50. Voucher design is £39 flat and free on 100 or more.
How quickly can you turn a menu round?
Menus, counter cards and vouchers are printed in-house in 2 to 3 working days, and orders placed by Wednesday 1pm are guaranteed the same week. Send the menu as a text file with your logo and we can lay it out for £49. Phone 0141 345 5841 for same-day or next-day and we confirm the timeline and the price on the call.
