How much does restaurant menu printing cost?
An A4 menu printed double-sided on 250gsm silk, flat or folded to A5, is £45 for 25, £75 for 50, £120 for 100 and £199 for 250. A5 flat menus start at £35 for 25 and DL drinks or dessert lists at £30 for 25. Matt or gloss lamination adds £15 on 25 menus. All prices include VAT.
How quickly can you print menus?
Standard turnaround is 2 to 3 working days, and orders placed by Wednesday 1pm are guaranteed the same week. Menus are printed in-house in Glasgow, so there is no trade printer in the way. Phone 0141 345 5841 for same-day or next-day and we confirm the timeline and the price on the call.
When do I need to order Christmas menus?
Menus are printed in-house, so posted orders need to be with us by Friday 18 December, 1pm, and they go out with Royal Mail Tracked 24 on Monday 21 December. Collection orders can be placed up to Wednesday 23 December, 12 noon, subject to press time, so phone first. Window vinyl and anything foil or outsourced needs to be ordered by Friday 11 December, 12 noon. The studio is closed from Thursday 24 December to Monday 4 January and reopens Tuesday 5 January 2027. A November reprint of the same file is 10% off.
Can you design the menu as well as print it?
Yes. Menu design is £49 for a single page or £99 for a folded or multi-page menu, with two rounds of changes, a print-ready PDF and a web image, delivered in 3 working days. The menu design and print bundle is £149 and includes the £49 design plus 50 laminated A4 menus in 5 working days.
Do you print restaurant gift vouchers?
Numbered DL gift vouchers on 350gsm silk, double-sided, are £35 for 50, £55 for 100 and £95 for 250. DL envelopes add £10 on 50. Voucher design is £39 flat and free on 100 or more. If you want to sell vouchers online, digital gift voucher set-up with card checkout and an emailed PDF is £249.
Do I need to come into the studio?
No. Email the artwork or the menu text, approve the proof by email and we print. Delivery is free across Central Scotland on orders over £50, a same-day bike courier anywhere in Glasgow is £15, and you can collect from Washington Street in Glasgow, walk in, or from Cadzow Street in Hamilton by appointment.
